US Lacrosse Membership:  US Lacrosse Membership is required of all players and coaches involved with Mahtomedi Lacrosse.  This is the national governing body.  US Lacrosse also provides insurance coverage, which is the real reason all players are required to be members before they can participate in any game or practice.  Players can register online at www.uslacrosse.org

If you are not a member, please obtain your membership # and expiration date prior to registration.  If already a member, please provide that info on the registration form and renew your membership in a timely manner.  This is required before the player takes the field for practice or games!  100% player membership is required.

Signed Code of Conduct - The Club must have this on file in order for the player to be registered

Coaching - The Youth Lacrosse Minnesota (YLM) league requires head coaches be age 18+ and certified by US Lacrosse. The MLA also requires coaches to have completed Level 1 certification, an online course through U.S. Lacrosse.
  • Completed Registration form.  In the event, there aren’t enough registrations to field a team; the Mahtomedi Lacrosse Club will refund all payments.
  • E-mail address - We must have this.  This is how the club communicates.  Please read email frequently.

MYLA History
The Mahtomedi Lacrosse Club officially became the Mahtomedi Youth Lacrosse Association in 2008 continuing its volunteer support of High School and Middle School level Youth Lacrosse. In Spring, 2006, the Minnesota High School League voted in Boys Lacrosse as a Varsity sport.

Since Spring 2007, the Mahtomedi High School has had Varsity and Junior Varsity High School teams. The Mahtomedi Youth Lacrosse Association volunteers continue to build and support Lacrosse opportunities for Boys and Girls.

We are a parent volunteer run organization and we need everyone's help to make this a great experience for the kids.
